While working on another PR I noticed that the current command in airflowctl
to list asset aliases was called `list-by-alias`. This is a bit misleading as
it's not actually listing assets by aliases (there is an existing command for
that) but listing all asset aliases. I have updated the command to be
`list-aliases` which in my opinion is more aligned with what the command is
actually doing. I updated the existing method, unit test, help_text, and value
in the exclude commands list to reflect the new name. The behavior of the
command itself was not altered, so there was no additional tests added.
