Review Comment:
There is a `Client.aio.agent_engines` that returns an `AsyncAgentEngines`
client, but it's currently missing `get` (and several other methods that the
sync client has). Since `is_agent_engine_deleted` calls `get_agent_engine`
under the hood, we can't use the native async client here yet. `sync_to_async`
wraps the sync call in a thread pool so the triggerer's event loop stays
unblocked in the meantime. Worth revisiting as the SDK matures
