The problem is when I run "airflow webserver", everything is normal. But, when
I run "airflow webserver -D" there is no any daemon process running on the
background.
"airflow scheduler" is the same. "airflow scheduler -D" is also not working.
I'm running airflow in a docker container. the system is

few days ago, it used to work fine, maybe because I just upgraded the airflow
from 1.10.2 to 1.10.6
