The Dataproc ClusterGenerator: does not support the
endpointConfig.enableHttpPortAccess flag of the clusters.create api call.
Therefore, when creating a cluster with a significant web Ui like jupyter or
even the Spark history server, it is not available by default from the GCP
console.
