## What Two follow-up fixes surfaced while auditing the recent batch of merged skill/spec PRs for dropped content: - **`contributor-to-committer` was missing from `docs/modes.md`.** The skill (#553) shipped with its `SKILL.md`, eval suite, and capability-map entry, but #553's diff never included a `modes.md` row. Added it to the **Triage** table next to `contributor-nomination` / `contributor-activity-sweep`, and bumped the Triage skill count **30 → 31**. - **`tools/spec-loop/.last-sync`** trailed a few doc-only commits behind `main`; advanced it to the current tip. ## Why The audit confirmed no contributor *additions* were lost across the batch — every shipped skill has its files, eval, capability-map entry, and (now) modes.md row; `spec-validate` and `skill-and-tool-validate` both pass. These were the only two doc-consistency gaps, neither a merge loss (the modes.md row was simply never authored in #553).
