Use the backfill Dag-run entries API added in #67381 to make backfill execution visible in the UI. This adds a backfill detail route with: - a paginated Dag runs table covering scheduled and skipped slots - a configuration and details tab - links from the Dag backfills table and from created Dag runs - live progress in the backfills table, backfill header, and active-backfill banner Progress loads every API page before rendering, so backfills with more than the endpoint's 100-row page size are counted correctly. Polling follows Airflow's configured auto-refresh interval. Visual validation covered active, paused, completed, failed and skipped, empty, and 101-slot pagination cases. Demo GIFs are ready to attach while this PR is in draft.
