   Could I kindly request a review for this PR when you have a chance?
   
   This PR adds deferrable mode to SFTPOperator (Closes #65475) and includes 
tests for the new behavior. I’ve rebased on the latest target branch and 
addressed CI feedback.
   
   If useful, I can split this into smaller PRs (core feature vs. supporting 
refactor/docs) to make review easier.
