Some general comments 1. We should cache npm in CI. 2. `_stage_sdk_docs` changes java-sdk staging from a merge to a destructive rmtree + copytree. Probably fine? Just confirming it’s intended. 3. `breeze build-docs --sdk-docs-only` with no `--sdk` exits 0 having built nothing.
