Hi, I want to work on this, but the deferrable half of it overlaps substantially with my [existing PR](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/71976). The sensor's trigger needs `InfluxDB3Hook.query_async()`, the `triggers/` module plus its `provider.yaml` / `get_provider_info` registration, and the `influxdb3-python>=0.12.0` bump. Until it is reviewed/merged, I can't reuse and neatly make the next PR. The issue author (who was requested for review) is no longer active on GitHub - so I wanted to consult regarding a way forward.
