Removed. Agreed this is not user-facing enough for a newsfragment. Deleted
airflow-core/newsfragments/68149.bugfix.rst and dropped the newsfragment
sentence from the PR body. I did not add the skip newsfragment check label;
that label is only for a mismatched fragment filename.
