## What is the change?
I added unit tests for the four exception classes in the cncf.kubernetes
provider, and removed that test path from the `OVERLOOKED_TESTS` list in the
project-structure guard.
## Why did I change this?
Part of the effort tracked in #35442 to add missing test modules across the
codebase and reduce the `OVERLOOKED_TESTS` allowlist.
## How did I test?
Ran the test locally with:
```bash
breeze testing core-tests --
airflow-core/tests/unit/always/test_project_structure.py::TestProjectStructure::test_providers_modules_should_have_tests
-xvs
```
All 1 passed: one check per exception type.
