## Why
When `TriggerDagRunOperator(reset_dag_run=True)` hits an existing Dag run,
the task SDK client clears the existing run before continuing. That clear path
did not provide semantic error handling, so known failures from the API server
were surfaced as uncategorized errors.
That also left room for unexpected trigger `ErrorResponse` messages to
continue through the success path in the task runner.
## Solution
Add semantic error handling for Dag run clear requests in the task SDK
client.
The clear path now distinguishes:
- missing Dag
- missing Dag run
- clear request rejected by the API server
The task runner now treats unexpected trigger `ErrorResponse` messages as
task failures instead of continuing as though the trigger succeeded.
Tests cover reset propagation, clear failure mapping, and task-runner
failure handling.
