The `ko` locale was at 97.2% coverage with 31 untranslated keys. This fills
all of them, bringing Korean to 100%:
- `browse.json` — the Dag bundles page (12 keys: columns, active/inactive,
refresh states)
- `dags.json` — Dag scheduling state and drain actions (12 keys: the
`Draining` state, `Drain then pause` / `Pause now` / `Cancel drain`, and the
draining banner)
- `common.json` — `Dag Bundles` nav entry, `Active Runs`, and three filter
labels
- `components.json` — JSON preview item counts
Terminology follows the existing `ko` files: `번들` for bundle (matching `번들
이름` / `번들 버전` in `components.json`), `가져오기 오류` for import errors, `일시 중지됨` for
paused, and the established `(시작)` / `(종료)` suffix pattern for range filters.
`Draining` is rendered as `일시 중지 대기 중` ("waiting to pause") rather than a
transliteration, per the locale guideline's preference for natural Korean UI
phrasing.
`breeze ui check-translation-completeness --language ko` reports 100%
coverage, 0 missing, 0 TODOs, 0 unused.
