## Why Every CI job that needs the CI image starts with `./.github/actions/prepare_breeze_and_image`, and its second step removes the runner's pre-installed dotnet, Android SDK and tool cache before the image is even downloaded. #73477 added a `min-free-space-gb` threshold there, but it defaults to empty, which means always remove, and only the docs build passes a value.
