The reproduction used mocked missing-log responses, so it did not establish
useful TI audit entries in production. The scheduler source does record
queued/heartbeat timeout events, but Dag scope also includes activity outside
the TI.
Changed in 4ed4e265168369918989942ea73c3060cc3e14d2: link to
`/dags/{dagId}/events`, describe it as related activity, and remove the
newsfragment. All 17 log-pane tests, lint/typecheck, build, and regular/manual
prek checks pass.
