## Why `breeze ci upgrade` runs `upgrade_important_versions.py`, which bumps the `flit_core` pin in every provider `pyproject.toml`. Those files are generated from `dev/breeze/src/airflow_breeze/templates/pyproject_TEMPLATE.toml.jinja2`, but the script does not update the pin there. So the `update-providers-build-files` hook regenerates them back to the old pin, and static checks fail on both upgrade PRs. ## What Add the template to `FILES_TO_UPDATE`, so the same `flit_core` bump also moves the template pin. Another option is to read the flit version from one place, like the hatchling branch of the template already does with `airflow-core/pyproject.toml`, but that changes breeze's generation code, so I kept this small to backport to v3-3-test. related: #73519, #73629 --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5.5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
