When there is a dag failure in the calendar view for a given date then getting to the dagruns for the start date requires switching to the dagruns and then filtering by state. With this change each cell associated with a timestamp links to dagrun tab with start_date_gte filter applied. In case of failed runs in calendar view state=failed is added. The view is also sorted by start_date.
