### Under which category would you file this issue? Airflow Core ### Apache Airflow version 3.3.1 ### What happened and how to reproduce it? Dags that are deployed as zip files do not trigger the dag version inflation check configured in dag_version_inflation_check_level because the Dag Processor is passing the file it is processing as is to the checker.
