Several recent UI PRs added English strings without zh-TW counterparts, so
Taiwanese users see those labels in English. They sit on the Dag bundles browse
page, the instance health view on the dashboard, the log level toggle in the
log viewer, the task group default-expansion setting and the multi-column sort
hint.

This adds the 41 keys that the completeness check reports as missing for
zh-TW. Terms follow the ones the locale already uses (套件包 for bundle, 觸發者 for
triggerer, 日誌 for log) and the zh-TW guide in
`.agents/skills/airflow-translations/locales/zh-TW.md`.

   Checked locally:

   - Completeness, using the `compare_keys` and `count_todos` logic behind
`breeze ui check-translation-completeness`: 41 missing keys before, 0 missing,
0 unused and 0 TODO after.
   - The four changed files are valid JSON in the `check-i18n-json` format
(2-space indent, `ensure_ascii=False`, trailing newline), and their key order
matches `en`.
   - prek passes on the `pre-commit` and `manual` stages against `main`, with
three hooks skipped. `ts-compile-lint-ui` needs pnpm, which is not installed on
my machine, so ESLint has not run on these files and CI will be the first to
run it. The other two, `check-providers-subpackages-init-file-exist` and
`check-boring-cyborg-configuration`, don't look at these files, and on Windows
they trip over backslash path separators.
