The committed floor in `.apache-magpie.lock` still pointed at a 0.2.0 dev build, so contributors on an old Magpie install passed the pre-flight check and ran skills against framework behaviour our overrides no longer match. Raising `min_version` to the current release (`0.9.0.dev202609251939`) makes every Magpie skill's pre-flight prompt them to update.
