Allow users to configure the StatsD Deployment's update strategy through `statsd.strategy`, instead of relying on Kubernetes defaults. Set explicit defaults of `RollingUpdate`, `maxUnavailable: 0`, and `maxSurge: 1`. Add the configuration to the values schema and render it in the Deployment template. Cover the default strategy and custom rollout limits in chart tests.
