Closing this. The description says it also changes `process_unparsed_files`, but no function by that name exists in Airflow and the diff touches only `process_parse_results`. There are no tests, and the description says the test suite wasn't run (only `py_compile`). When there is no earlier stat, the change writes `finish_time` into a callback-only stat, which the comment on main says must not happen.
