Closing this. `_log_execution_description` only runs after the
`run_complete` waiter succeeds, and that waiter's acceptor matches
`flowExecutions[?executionId=='{{EXECUTION_ID}}']` on the same unpaginated
`DescribeFlowExecutionRecords` call. If the execution isn't on the first page,
the waiter times out before the new pagination code is reached. The description
says as much under "Not fixed here", and the tests only reach the second page
by patching the waiter out. The change also turns the `KeyError` into a warning
and adds `maxResults=100` to the waiter call, with no reported problem behind
either.
