Closing this. #73349 reports the scheduler health-check server not running at all; adding `sub_proc.join()` after `terminate()` only changes teardown, as your reply in review already notes, and the tests only assert that `start`, `terminate` and `join` were called on a mock. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
