Dag discovery accepts a packaged Dag whose name ends in `.ZIP` (the suffix check ignores letter case), but `ZIP_REGEX` in `airflow-core/src/airflow/utils/file.py` only matches a lowercase `.zip` path segment. So `correct_maybe_zipped` and `open_maybe_zipped` do not treat `reports.ZIP/dag.py` as a path inside an archive: reading the Dag's source back (for example `DagCode`) fails with `NotADirectoryError`.
