Update issue templates now that Airflow 2 has reached end of life (#74056)
The bug report and feature request templates still said Airflow 2 reaches
EOL on April 22, 2026. Say it has reached end of life, ask bug reporters to
check their issue on Airflow 3, and fix the supported versions link, which
did not render because the folded YAML put a space between the link text
and the URL.
