supersedes: #73443 related: #73530 ## Why - TypeScript Dags cannot branch on a condition yet. - #73530 kept ADR-0008's shape, where `if` takes the deciding function, not a placed task. ## How - Add `dag.if(handler)(inputs).then(a).else(b)`, declaring the condition like `dag.task`. - Skip the branch not taken, and keep it skipped when it is cleared. - Make a condition an edge endpoint, so `task.after(gate)` works as in Go.
