### Description
Per discussion in #68382 and maintainer feedback on #68700 / #73608
requesting focused PRs separated by component area, this PR implements port
range validation specifically for the core FastAPI REST API request datamodel
(`ConnectionBody`).
The `port` field in `ConnectionBody` enforces `ge=0, le=65535` via Pydantic
`Field` constraints. This ensures:
1. `POST /connections` and `PATCH /connections/{connection_id}` reject
out-of-range port numbers (e.g. negative integers or values above 65535) with
HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity.
2. Valid TCP/UDP ports (0 to 65535) are accepted normally.
3. Deserialization during worker execution time remains unaffected,
preventing task runtime failures on existing legacy connections.
