Fix connection screenshots missing from the msgraph and IBM MQ docs (#74287)
The connection form screenshot on the published Microsoft Graph connection
page has returned 404 in every release since it was added. The pages
embedded
it through a raw HTML img tag, which Sphinx passes through without copying
the
file into the build output. The IBM MQ connection page used the same pattern
and would break the same way once published.
