Status at `9a7c394885`, with main merged:
- CI is green and there are no open review threads.
- Changes since the last round:
- `export_file` now streams through Islo's download API. The inherited
shell export failed for any file over about 758 KiB, because Islo returns at
most 1 MiB per stream.
- A single output line longer than the budget is kept, by the same
half-window rule as Modal, instead of coming back empty.
- The command start gets an HTTP-timeout floor and is sent once. It
carries no idempotency key, so it is resent only after a refused connection or
a 429, which prove the command never ran.
- A missing `ISLO_API_KEY` fails on first use with an error that names it.
- Against a real Islo microVM at this head, the system test passed (`1
passed in 14.04s`). On the previous head, a 2 MB file exported byte-identical
(sha256) in 2.26 s.
