I have another update: Since the HITLOperator body is rendered as Markdown, I tried indenting my dry-run result list by 4 spaces. This should result in a code block preserving newlines, right? I tried this in a few Markdown editors and it behaves like this. However in Airflow it seems even in code blocks newlines are turned into spaces.
