@zozo123 I would like to take the first, standalone sensor PR from this issue: an explicit Delta table identity plus baseline version that waits for a newer committed version, with deferrable polling where supported and bounded async-safe backoff. I will define and test initial baseline behavior, missing/inaccessible or non-Delta tables, expired history, and restart behavior. I will leave external-asset production, long-running watchers, and scheduler changes for the follow-up described in the issue.
