Thanks for picking this up. One thing to watch when moving the unread workloads: the old queue's read lock stays held by the dead worker, so `get()` on it would block forever. The workloads still in the pipe have to be read from the old queue's `_reader` directly, once the workers on it are retired, or re-queued from the executor's own record of what it sent.
