Description: Fix callback execution for coordinator-run Python @task.stub tasks by enqueueing success, failure, and retry callback requests through the Execution API. The DAG processor now dispatches the appropriate callbacks from the original Python DAG. ts, java, and go sdks require no changes because they use the shared Python supervisor for task state reporting. closes: #74063 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
