I have re-reviewed and approved #74517 at dba5ef1b and recommend it as the single Genie landing PR. It preserves @dhanusharer's original hook contribution as commit 8b256287, adds @garvit-arora's safety/standard-adapter fixes, and includes the truncation regression fix, a reported 15-pass focused test run, and separate live-workspace validation. There is no need to duplicate that transfer here. Once #74517 lands, this PR can be closed as superseded with attribution preserved.
