Add `pgbouncer.extraInitContainers` as a templated list, consistent with
other Helm chart components. It supports regular init containers and native
Kubernetes init sidecars. The default empty list preserves existing manifests.

One use case is Azure Database for PostgreSQL authentication with Microsoft
Entra ID credentials that expire. A user-provided refresher needs to obtain the
initial credentials before PgBouncer starts and refresh them while it runs. A
native init sidecar with `restartPolicy: Always` and a `startupProbe` provides
that startup gate while continuing to run alongside PgBouncer. Deployments
provide the refresher implementation and configuration.

The change includes the deployment template, values schema, documentation,
and tests for default/empty configuration, regular init containers, native init
sidecars, and templating.

   Validation:

   - Four new test cases fail against the unchanged chart.
   - PgBouncer and chart-quality tests through Breeze: 206 passed.
   - Core Always checks required by `breeze verify`: 1,894 passed and 3 skipped
with SQLite; 299 passed and 1 expected failure without a database.
   - Pre-commit and manual checks passed, including Helm lint, kubeconform,
schema validation, mypy, and Ruff.
   - `breeze build-docs helm-chart` passed, including spelling checks.
