Run existing Azure Container Apps Jobs from Airflow, either by polling on a
worker or by deferring to the triggerer. Adds sync/async hooks, an operator,
and a trigger using the Azure provider's existing authentication helpers,
including workload identity.

The operator follows the exact execution returned by submission and returns
its name for XCom. Optional overrides preserve the job's regular and init
containers and change only the named regular container; supplied environment
variables replace that container's environment. Timeouts retain their deadline
across trigger redistribution and stop that execution best effort. Explicit
cancellation is supported where Airflow invokes trigger `on_kill`; limitations
on older supported versions are documented. The minimum Airflow version is
unchanged.

Submission disables Azure transport retries. The documentation and example
use task `retries=0` because retrying an ambiguous submission could start
another execution. Adds `azure-mgmt-appcontainers>=5.1.0`, generated
dependency/provider metadata, operator documentation, and a synthetic example
Dag.

   Validation:

   - Breeze: 114 tests passed across the new lifecycle suites and neighboring
Azure authentication tests. After adding two further cases, all 82 component
tests passed with 100% statement and branch coverage across the new hook,
operator, and trigger.
   - Regular and manual prek checks passed, including provider
metadata/dependency checks and provider mypy. Standalone mypy, SDK sync/async
API inspection, example DagBag parsing, and `git diff --check` passed.
   - Provider documentation rendered 262 pages; the complete Breeze build
stalled during Pagefind search-index generation under amd64 Docker emulation.
   - `breeze verify` was run. Its broader core, all-provider, agent-framework,
and full documentation matrix was not run locally. No live Azure execution was
performed.
