The latest task loop UX in main didn't work. This PR creates the actual UX. - Task Group includes behavior, outcome, total vs max iterations - Add iteration to the breadcrumb when a task group loop or its TI children are selected. Includes a dropdown to switch between iterations - Graph view shoes number of iterations vs max in the task group - Add iteration filters to task instances table when a dag run is selected - Show iterations in gantt chart. Clicking on a TI will bring you to its specific iteration.
