Expose Dag run `Conf`, `RunType`, and `RunAfter` through `airflow.Context.DagRun()`, so Go tasks can read per-run configuration and scheduling metadata already supplied by the supervisor. Adds public `DagRunType` constants, tests, and updates to the README and example. Normalizes `Conf` integers to `int64` (or `uint64` above `MaxInt64`) and floats to `float64`, preserving integer precision. Nested maps and arrays are copied. Existing `GetXCom` types are preserved for compatibility; `Connection.Extra` uses `float64` because its wire value is a JSON string. Validation in `go-sdk/`: `go test ./...`, `go test -race ./...`, `go vet ./...`, and Go SDK prek hooks passed.
