URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/74698
## Why
The Go SDK guide still says a Python stub Dag is required, and does not
cover declaring a Dag in Go. The README mixes user and contributor content, and
the examples have no README.
## What
- `go.rst`: rewrite it in the same order as the TypeScript SDK guide: a
quick start with a Go Dag, then declaring a Dag in Go (inputs, options, task
groups, `If`, `Switch`, `TriggerDagRun`), then stub TaskHandlers, writing
tasks, building, deploying and limitations. It now asks for Go 1.25, which
`go.mod` requires.
- `go-sdk/README.md`: keep installation, a quick start and links to the
guide's sections.
- `go-sdk/DEVELOPMENT.md`: new, with the contributor sections moved from the
README.
- `go-sdk/example/README.md`: new, listing the example Dags under separate
"Dag definition" and "Python Dag with stub TaskHandler" sections.
The quick start:
```go
dag := airflow.Dag("go_hello", airflow.DagSpec{Schedule: "@daily", Queue:
"golang"})
extracted := dag.Task(extract)
dag.Task(report, airflow.Inputs(extracted))
bundle := airflow.Bundle()
bundle.Register(dag)
```
