When a custom timetable raised while being rebuilt in the Dag processor (for example `Variable.get` on a missing Variable in `__init__`), the error aborted the save for every Dag in the file and only showed up in the processor log. Check each Dag's timetable before saving, record an import error for the one that fails, and save the rest of the file as usual.
