CloudWatch can report a missing log stream after an ECS task stops. The final log lookup currently raises before `EcsRunTaskOperator` can report the container's exit code, so `skip_on_exit_code` is ignored. Treat only `ResourceNotFoundException` as an empty final log result and warn with the group and stream name.
