The specific change inside that bump is chakra-ui/zag@9a9381d (`@zag-js/dismissable` 1.43.1, pulled into Chakra by chakra-ui/chakra-ui@7b027d44d0 when it moved to Ark 5.38.2). It registers a dialog's dismissable layer and its outside-interaction listeners on a microtask instead of the next animation frame. That means our confirmation dialog is already registered while the clear dialog under it is closing, and the close tears it down. I confirmed it by pinning just `@zag-js/dismissable` on main with everything else from 3.37 unchanged.
