Dag run badges and counters on the Dag list could remain stale after a run completed, requiring a page refresh. Remove the separate pending-run polling gate from the Dag-list and run-count queries. Both queries retain their existing fast/slow polling intervals, allowing them to fetch the final run state even when no active runs remain. Closes #74703 ### Validation - Reproduced on Airflow 3.4.0b1. - Added two regression tests covering stale run state and run counts.
