Hi @pedro-cf and team, I see that this feature is a great enhancement for teardown flexibility! I know the issue author mentioned they are willing to submit a PR, but if you haven't started yet or are busy, I would love to pick this up and work on it. I have already contributed to Apache Airflow and successfully merged several PRs in the past, so I am very comfortable with the workflow and DAG run state logic.
