Tidies the disclosure pills in the Dag version comparison header (Versions tab): - Removed the static "Observed state" pill; the ⓘ tooltip still explains that this compares stored state, not source. - Removed the "Values shown" pill. - The "Values hidden" pill now appears only when the server withholds values (the caller lacks Dag code access), and "Values require access to Dag code" moved from inline text to that pill's hover tooltip. Previously the hint showed even to users who had that access. Checked manually with the FAB auth manager: an Admin user sees values and no pill; a user with Viewer permissions minus "can read on DAG Code" gets the redacted diff and the "Values hidden" pill with its tooltip.
