## Why `breeze verify` prints the commands to run locally for the changed files as a table. When no command matches, for example a README change or a change to e2e tests that only run in CI, it still printed the table header with no rows. That looks like the output failed to render, not like "nothing to run". ## What When there is no command to list, print one line instead of the table.
