Did it here rather than in a follow-up since it's one word in the same two files. Both doc headers and the stale/missing hints say `uv run` now. Turns out that's already the convention, the other pinned scripts in `scripts/ci/prek/` all print `uv run ./scripts/ci/prek/<name>.py`, and the unpinned one uses `uv run --project scripts python` instead.
