Use local liveness/readiness probes and Recreate updates for Helm processors in API mode, reject multiple replicas sharing a session token, and select local health checks in Compose. Add processor-only Helm values and an egress policy that keep database and server credentials out of the isolated deployment. Layer 7 of the seven-part replacement for #74233. Regular and manual checks passed, including Helm lint and kubeconform. Helm focused tests passed (82 cases). Both quick-start Compose health-check modes passed in Breeze.
