Contributors whose Magpie plugins are older than this build are asked by the skills' pre-flight to upgrade, so everyone runs the refreshed pre-flight checker and secure-setup files this build ships. The new `reconciled:` block records that the project's overrides and configuration were checked against this build (`/magpie-setup:setup reconcile`: every override anchor and `requires_config` entry resolves). With it in place, the pre-flight stops proposing a project-wide reconcile sweep to every contributor.
